The Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour Team "Are we There Yet?!" has been involved in fund-raising for more than 15 years and has grown in size from our original two founds to over 30 riders! Our pinnacle event is the Brampton to Waterloo ride (now the Acton to Waterloo). Many repeat riders have also become Tour Leaders and those that cannot ride are volunteers. We get the whole family involved.

Merry Christmas to all
To all my riding friends, Merry Christmas to you. Yes, there is a lot of feasting to be had. But we should start to think about getting on the bike periodically to get the blood flowing.
